• Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Other governorates: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping fees: Calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

All shipments are trackable, and you will receive confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

لأننا نثق في جودة خاماتنا وتفاصيلنا الدقيقة، نتيح لكِ تجربة وقياس القطعة وفحصها بالكامل مع المندوب عند الاستلام. يمكنكِ استلام الطلب بكل حب، أو إرجاعه فوراً مع المندوب في حال عدم ملاءمة المقاس ودفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.

الرجاء تجربة القطعة بعناية قبل وضع المكياج أو العطور للحفاظ على نقاء الألوان في حال رغبتِ في إعادتها مع المندوب.

Because we trust the quality of our fabrics and every fine detail, you're welcome to try on, measure, and fully inspect your piece with the courier at delivery. Receive your order with love — or return it immediately with the courier if the size isn't right, paying only the shipping fee.

Please try your piece on with care, before applying makeup or perfume, to keep its colors pristine in case you wish to return it with the courier.

• Inspection at Delivery: Try on your items upon receipt to confirm fit, size, and style — the courier waits while you decide.

• Immediate Return or Exchange: If the size or color isn't right, return or exchange the item with the courier at delivery.

• Condition of Items: Products must be returned with tags attached, unworn beyond fitting, and free of makeup or perfume.

• Costs: In case of return or exchange, only the shipping fee is charged.
